Some people on regular medication may be able to get further supplies without seeing the doctor.  If the doctor has said you can do this there are a number of ways to place an order:

  • Telephone the surgery after 10:00am Monday to Friday and request your prescription.
  • Use the online Repeat Prescription Service - you may have to complete an application form for each family member at the Practice before you can use this service.  You must bring two forms of ID (even if we've seen them before).

The medicines you need which will be ready to collect from the chemist of your choice in Dunbar.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
