Patient Participation Group
Who are we?
The Dunbar Medical Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a voluntary group of patients who have come together to help improve communication between the patients and the practices.
What do we do?
We aim to provide patients with educational information on all aspects of the practices. Promote patient confidence in the practices. Gain patient views. Use your views to help improve care.
How we do it?
We will:
- Build a two-way communication between patients and the practices.
- Find out what you think about the practices and the staff.
- Carry out surveys and obtain patient views.
- Share the findings with you.
